Cancellation & Return
At Delhi Bonsai, we work our best to process your orders immediately. Hence, in most cases, Delhi Bonsai shall be unable to modify or cancel your order. However, in case you want to modify/cancel your order, you can reach us on at +91-9999788064 (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday – Saturday. If the order has already been prepared/ dispatched, it cannot be cancelled/ modified and you will be charged for the order otherwise Delhi Bonsai will try to modify/cancel your order.
Online refund will be credited directly, within 24 working hours, through the same
mode from which the customer has paid the money. Once processed by Delhi
Bonsai, refund may take 8-10 business days to reflect in your account.
Offline refund will be credited once the customer shares the bank details post which it may take 5-7 working days.
In a rare event that Delhi Bonsai is unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), you will be notified at the earliest and your full payment shall be reimbursed.
1. Bonsais and other gift products are delivered at an address provided incorrectly by the sender.
2. Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery (until and unless Bonsai is different from the ordered one or damaged).
3. Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product by the recipient/buyer.
We, at Delhi Bonsai, always make sure that you get what you have paid for. So in rarest of rare case of damaged bonsai been delivered, Delhi Bonsai shall take back its plant and refund your complete amount. However, make sure that you inform Delhi Bonsai with in12 hours of its delivery.
